To add flavor to your daily intake of collagen powder, there are all kinds of recipes in which you can incorporate your collagen powder and, above all, you know what ingredients are in it.
Our breakfast smoothie is great for the fall and winter seasons and the best thing is that it's quick to make!
All you need is:
1x medium-sized apple
1x small teaspoon of cinnamon
70g oat flakes
30g dates (approximately one Medjool date) 350ml oat milk, almond milk or soy milk
1x teaspoon of honey
1x tablespoon of our collagen powder
If you need an additional source of protein that also contains plenty of unsaturated fatty acids, you can add half a tablespoon of cashew butter.
Preparation:

Wash the apple and cut it into small pieces

Now you can put all the ingredients in a high-performance blender and add the collagen at the end

The ingredients are then mixed until they form a creamy mixture.

Now you can add the collagen powder and stir it again in the glass.
